These characters are called Butterfly Orcas (obvious)
They are large Orca-like whales, but are more like Koi fish in body and behavior, they stay in large pods and have no teeth, they feed on Krill and other such tiny organisms. They come in a wide variety of colors and designs/patterns, and are a well loved creature in the ZP world.
